Soil pipe

Hi,

I've bought a new toilet and the waste pipe is 3inch inner diameter and 3 1/2inch outer diameter. The problem I have is the soil pipe is 4".

Does anyone know if I can get a reducer and if so can you send a link? I've spent the last 30 minutes searching and cannot find what I need. This is most likely due to searching for the wrong thing. The toilet will be offset also by around 12mm. The toilet is back to wall and also close coupled just to make things even more complicated.

Thank you I was looking at these and I've just realised my stupidity. I re-measured and had measured wrong . I had 70 something mm in my head I think I was going by the inside diameter of the waste not the external.... Its been one of those days.
