if anybody from the midlands (who knows what their doin) is gonna do work on soil stacks, ie cuttin' into em, joining onto 'em, could i tag along? to see whats what?
Not in the Midlands but, its no big deal. For old type castiron stacks:
1: Drill a couple of holes into the joint to allow the lead to run out when you apply heat to the joint.
2: Hire a castiron pipe cutter
3: Work from the top of the stack down, cutting 4 to 5 ft at a time.
