Ok, I've finally got to the ensuite in our house. I need to run a new soil pipe from upstairs in the bedroom, through the outside wall and then meet up with a waiting pipe that feeds into the chamber.
A couple of queries.... The route to get through the wall is fine but once outside the pipe then has to get around a brick chimney stack which is on the outside of the house on its way to the chamber. Is it ok to get around this with a series of 90' bends or will this give too much grief in use. The only alternative would be to run the soil pipe internally along the bedroom wall for about 6' which when boxed in will still look rubbish.
The second query is the ruling on the air admittance part of the stack, is this to be minimum 1m above any window?
