Solder Paste

It's wonderful stuff, but rather expensive, and tends to dry out and harden in the tub.

Does anyone know what it's diluted with and if I can thin it down again?

The solder POWDER I have used in the past, just required water to make the paste. whether this is true of proprietary solder PASTE, I do not know.......

the label says it contains 10% flux. the other 90% must be solder particles.

The water content doesn't interfere with the soldering process then?

I don't know. It's grey and doesn't smell of rosin.
