I'm sorry to sound tight here so please don't judge! lol
We have guttering outside of the house (PVC/Plastic) and the drain coming down has come off.
This part keeps the water from hitting the side of the wooden lean to and 'guides' the water away and into the drain.
I've just been looking at fixes and obv people are recommending something called Solvent cement. Sadly this is around £6-7 (More with the cost of the bus ride into screw fix)
I know £6-7 may sound like peanuts but I am currently out of fulltime work and a carer (I'm caring for my Mother in law and wife) so Money is VERY tight at the moment and won't get any better till at least early next year when I can get back to work.
Is there any cheaper alternative to fixing this drain pipe? Would superglue work for now (till next year?) I've seen some say it would just 'wash' off/weaken over a few days
I currently have THIS to help fix a leak in the leanto roof.
However, some people have said it's useless to 'adhere' vertical pipes and can make a mess and make the pipe unusable.
things i've tried:
Propping the drainpipe up
The wind just keeps knocking it down and away.
