Some improvement in tax.

Mr "I've organised my wealth so that I don't pay tax on my savings".

Have you really?

I pay 20% tax on most of my income.

As I have frequently made clear, I consider cash savings to be a poor choice, so I never have enough Savings Interest to be taxed.

Mostly spaffed up the wall 'taking children out of poverty '
You think that taking children out of poverty is spaffing money up the wall?
That's not right wing, that's just scrooge mentality.

There are people who take pleasure in knowing that children are living in poverty. So they want to keep them there.

Others take pleasure in knowing that the children of the poor are hungry. Sometimes a famous footballer is able to expose them to such public contempt that they feel forced to change.

I guess you also believe in father Xmas.. Jesus etc... a perfect Starmer disciple. Guess you also believe Starmer never realised Mandy was a liar too?

That's not any wing thats just plain gullible.

'Taking children out of poverty' what a beautfiul thing, anyone who disagrees is a mean horrible nasty right winger.

Go on... right wingers are childophobic as well as racists etc lolz.

Enough talking to idiots who sit up all night suffering paranoid dillusions...

Certainly a person who does not seek to help children who are not responsible for the poverty they live in,

Perhaps festive is such a person.

I think people like fester yearn for the days when we could send young children down the pit or up the chimney.

'Perhaps' i am one that gives wholly to people who are responsible, and not to people who have way more children than they can afford. We all know apart from the fools, that the stupid idealistic strapline of 'lifting children out of poverty' is a dreamland bullshit starry eye'd starmer line, made for fools like you.

Lets be real:

Cash benefits do not translate to better child outcomes
Some families consistently make poor financial choices
It does not solve deeper social problems like poor parenting or low skills.
Some money will inevitably be misused(nails iphones TV Sky upgrades etc etc, all unaccounted for because none of the recipients are audited unlike us from which the money is taken). - I really find this absurd, can anyone explain this? The money is taken through carefully audited accounts, we are hissed at for using cash in any way, yet, the main output 'the hand that giveth' is all via cash!! You could'nt make it up.

You and i don't want any british children experiencing poverty lifestyle. I am sure we agree on that, but i wholly disagree with throwing our hard earnt 'audited to the penny' taxed money thrown at an irresponsible parent who already has debts, overspend, too many children, and any other associated 'distractions' that means the cash with no audit trail we throw at them, makes no difference to the child, who never directly receives this 'poverty miracle helping hand'.

Am i clear now?

Now stop being such a knob jockey.

My wife and I help out when we can. I ferry her around to some dismal places where she drops off a few essential bits and pieces. Sometimes it's just sanitary towels and box of laundry tabs or some such. There are some pretty grim situations out there for some children.

You stick by your Daily Wail tropes boyo, if it makes you feel better about yourself.

Waiting for the other crackhead to reply later once his medication has worn off and is back at the keyboard warrior station.... lolz

Perhaps you think children should have insufficient food, and live in poverty, to punish them for wilfully being born into a poor family.

OK now you have my deserved attention, this is good and well done to you and your wife for doing this, every little bit helps. x
There are some horrific stories, far worse ive seen over just poverty, money can't fix mental and physical abuse.
