Soon, the effects of 'climate change' will be a defence to crimes of violence and murder. The trend over recent years seems to be to ignore personal responsibility.

They have a point. Which parts of the world suffer from that sort of behaviour? Tropical and sub-tropical areas - the middle east, for example.

Temperate countries seem to be much more civilised - the UK, for example...

...or at least it used to be.
