So ive sold my car to a dealer who will pick it up later in a few days, im transferring insurance to my new car so the old car will be sat on my drive. Do I need to SORN it., It will be taxed but not insured on my drive for a couple of days.
Thanks

Yes, sorn it.
I got caught out doing the same thing when the midget imposed the ulez.
Even if the car is locked in a private property it must be sorn or have insurance.

Still yours to SORN then.
Do it, you know it's the best thing to do, else the barstewards will hang you out to dry.
