Looking to fit 2 in line extractor fans on some plywood base screwed to joists. Any recommendations for something I can use to reduce the vibration / sound?

Cheap option is carpet underlay ,(mouse mat) between ply and timber and also under fan legs.
Some fans come with rubber feet.
I hung my fan from rafters on springs and found effective .
There will always be some noise from duct connections .

The best and cheapest answer is thicker wood fixed to joists - the additional parts not required.

Which model do you have? I'm thinking of the Manrose one
The make isn’t as important as the flow rate AND you need sufficient gap under the door to allow enough airflow into the room
The reason I asked for make was because he stated he hung it from rafters so I was wondering whether the make and model he used had a hook that allowed him to hang it on the rafters
How much gap would you deem sufficient under the door?
6 mm minimum and make sure the window is kept closed in the cooler months
No hook. They all have fixing holes.
