Our conservatory including gutter is up to a joint boundary wall. Our neighbour has bought a conservatory and wants to build a full brick wall up to our glazed and dwarf wall conservatory. They are 3-4 feet lower than our property, and we are concerned regarding having sufficient space between the structures for either of us to maintain our respective properties such as for roof and windows (for us) and roof for them. We understand that we have no "right to light" - but does this include the proposed new structure partially blocking light?

They are new neighbours and we want to handle this properly and in a friendly way, so any advice would be most welcome.

So in the current situation you're unable to maintain your conservatory without going onto the neighbours property in order to gain access?
