Can anyone tell me how much i might be charged to remove the old render from my small split level house and have it spar dashed and how long will it take to complete the job? Thanks

put a quote in for £3600 and got job, just hope the old render comes off in big sheets not little bits, it'll take the labourer ages!

Its a tricky one to quote on this sort of job for the first time as you want to get your first big job but you dont wont to work your sock for nothing or go in higher but might not get the job. got it anyway, come-on!
