and I forgot. When you remove the switch can you leave the wiring intact as I 'm a bit unsure of stripping the switch down to rewire it.
I am going into hospital in the morning early and won't be back home until sometime Monday afternoon.. I hope! I'm afraid I've lost all confidence in the NHS.

Hi Kevin, thank you my friend. Have a good time sailing. I'm going to Mallorca at the end of June to spend some time with a very old musician friend (I'm a musician) who was in a band (s) with me for many years. He has a large cabin cruiser with 3 bedrooms and all the amenities. We will be sailing around the Med hopefully catching fish tho on past experience the fish are well safe from harm but well fed LOL. Colin struck it rich through a business venture and has never forgotten me. He takes me out there at least once a year and pays for everything. He's a man who has not forgotten his roots.
I'll let you have some pics when I get back.
