You could be honest, say you are uncertain who was driving at the time, and ask them if they might be able to provide a clearer photograph to help you identify the driver...

Nothing stupid about her revenge, it was very focussed and took him out. Perverting the course of justice is a serious offence that will get you locked up. Don't confuse that with getting away with it easily.

I’m sure it does. It’s also quite common for mr plod (or rather the civilian employees) to check the higher quality stills.. to see if the photo matches the driving licence.

Since the OP is not the RK he does not need to lie about who was driving if he can’t remember.

But as I said in my opening post. This is speed awareness territory.
