Happens all the time.
I can manage my time such that I use motorways at sparrow's f@rt and, pretty much every journey, come across dozing middle-lane hoggers, who speed up when you pass them and return to the inside lane, only for you to "catch" then up again very soon afterwards. and overtake them again. and the cycle repeats......
Ban the fookin' lot of them.
