There was a bloke like you there Joe He was complaining that speed trap was just where the 40 became 30 and what chance have we got ? They say ; you should look, be aware of your surroundings, read the road ahead, which would mean you would see the 30 mph signage, you should then reduce your speeed before you arrive at the 30mph sign in ANTICIPATION that you will be travelling at 30 mph as your front wheels pass the sign they was deadly serious too

I slow down before I reach a 30 limit. I observe the speed limits.
