Split wood loft door hinge

Any thoughts on how best to repair this?

Brand new door?

Or something to fill and reaffix. - what should I use??

Wrong hinges used .Replace

Much bigger hinges with different fixing points. Damage can be filled with 2 part wood filler.

I'd rip it all out and replace it all with something thats a bit more pleasing to the eye

It would also cut down on the draughts from the attic
