hello, can somebody help please? i have a twin waterproof socket in my garden this is fed from my fuse box which has a rcd , am i right that sockets are 32amp? therefore can i spur off the back of the socket in my garden and connect a 30amp waterproof socket suitable to power a 5kw pool heater drawing 20amps i think? any ideas if this is ok please regards..gb&bbb

No. No, its not. Definitely not.

Any load over 3Kw must have its very own circuit run from the main consumer unit. It must not be connected to a ring final supplying 13 amp sockets.
