currently 20 circuit breaker 2.5mm twin & earth cable feeding small outhouse toilet, lights and small heater
is it against any regs to break into this circuit and spur off to fcu to feed combi boiler
thanks

Darren,
Is the outhouse attached to your main building, or separate?
How is the circuit arranged with respect to the lights and heater? (you mention a toilet too but I'm guessing that's gas rather than electric  )
Is there any form of small consumer unit, or is there simply a junction box which splits cables off to the lights and to the heater (is the heater wired directly in or plugged?)
Reason I ask is that if the outhouse is separate, then said 2.5mm T&E should really be SWA, the lights should really be on a separate circuit to the socket outlet. The short answer to your question is Yes, you can put an FCU onto this radial circuit, but it sounds like the circuit would stand a review from a sparkie.
