System boiler,
unvented cylinder with 2 immersions like all I've seen of the bigger ones, and
a pump like a shower pump.
Y plan systems don't need a permanent live in the junction box/wiring centre, hence the supply goes to the boiler first.
When I came to it, it was all on plugs, on one 4 way extension strip off one plug & socket..
"Design" isn't really the right word, I was just looking to make it better, without rewiring the whole house.
