Squirrels in loft!

We sometimes get squirrels which get into the loft and run about and chew things.

We have put some poisioned grain there but they dont seem interested in it.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of them?

I have some nice big rat traps but what bait should I use?

Or what poison?

Yes they are attractive to look at scampering around the trees BUT....

Have you had your nuts chewed to oblivion, been woken at 3 in the morning by the little dears trying to escape from the loft. Trees re-shaped as they damage branches by gnawing at them.

The use of a 1 Kilovolt electric fence gives a instant clean death.
