Ssssssshhhhhh, don't mention Reform.

I would hate to be rescued by you and take me on a 300 mile detour because you think that is the rules. My god someone could die at your rescue knowledge and planning
Thank you for your post but it has nothing to do with the post I made.

I stated this:

British vessels can’t enter French waters with the intent of collecting migrants and returning them to French coast.

Weirdly others disagree with you, as usual. :ROFLMAO:
Think you should drop this now, don't you? You have already made a fool of yourself with the cod wars and yet again you are walking right into another embarrasment for yourself. In fact I feel embarrased for you and I am pi$$ed

Yes it’s correct that EU states have additional obligations.
But there is no obligation on the resuers to land their rescued seafarers at the nearest port.
Indeed, the rescuers frequently make judgments about the saftey and suitability of a port in which to land their rescued seafarers.

They don’t need to. They can leave them in French waters.

Shut up Notch, you have been told this countless times. You are no lawyer or sailor,
Thank you for your post, however you will find I am correct.

Motorbiking knows what he is saying is not true, I suggest you tell him to stop being dishonest

You're being very silly
It's called resort to the absurd.

Stop lying notch. The fact remains

The U.K. can keep migrant boats out of its waters and it can take them back to france if they are in distress.

No amount of quoting different scenarios and pretending the rules are different will help you.

If you or Notch came to rescue me in a crisis, I would rather take my chances of telling you that I am fine, even if I was sinking

Seems your bullsh1t has run aground :ROFLMAO:

That’s not what you’ve been claiming for many many pages.

But thank you for finally admitting British vessels can’t enter French waters with intent to collect migrants….it took a while but your lie has finally been exposed

It was never something I claimed. Unless of course they are a vessel in distress.

No need to lie notch

they wouldn't refuse
That's right, in reality they wouldn't refuse. So all these silly scenarios of "just a few meters inside the boundary" is pure theoretical exploration for no apparent use.
The reality of the situation is always paramount.

It's like the rule of not using the elevator in a fire.
What do you do when you have wheelchair bound patients that you need to evacuate?

Or no vehicles being driven in a park. But an ambulance attending an accident will ignore that rule.

It's all about expeditiousness.

Still standing on the side lines with no positive contribution to make so you amuse yourself by throwing in insults.

Your acting like an abusive Dick.
