Staining pine to match rubberwood?

Hi all

Been trying to find some furniture to match our rubberwood bed without success - not much of a selection for rubberwood furniture.

Would it be possible to stain pine furniture to match rubberwood?

Would have to find pine furniture with a similar grain - no nots etc.

And do any suppliers do rubberwood stain? If not which colour is similar, teak, walnut?

Any photo's, normally quite a pale timber, has yours been dyed?

Yeah it's a similar shade to this

But with a less yellow tint.

Try Rustins wood dye. They have 10 different shades. Experiment on a waste piece to get it near to what you want.

I would try Dark oak/ Tudor oak dye , seems closest match to photo.But experiment as suggested.
