Staircase cost

My staircase is in a bad way. It's open with no handrail and sways and creaks as you walk up it.

How much am I looking at to get a staircase supplied and fitted? It's about 2550mm rise and 2800mm horizontal length with a handrail and the gap is 900mm wide at the top. Not worried about material as it's going to be painted and carpeted.

I'm in leicestershire if it helps.

We're also looking at fitting a new staircase (in Leics too!!). I've been looking at this site

I've no idea whether they are any good, not placed an order yet, but the prices seem reasonable and should give you a ball park figure. We have tried to get a joiner out, but after contacting 6, making appointments with 3, not one of them turned up seems like no-one round here wants to do the job.
