'Standard P5' vs CaberShield P5 vs Egger Protect flooring?

Quick question...

I am relaying the flooring in one of our bedrooms due to damage to the existing floorboards from woodworm. My question is, is it worth paying the extra (double) for the waterproof flooring over the standard P5 chipboard if the room has no intention of getting wet!!
