Help - does anyone know where I can get a whole burner assembly for a Potterton Statesman 45/50 oil boiler.

What is wrong with the old one that needs it to be replaced?

New burners available from virtually anywhere that sels boiler spare parts.

It set on fire and destroyed that part of the boiler. Plumb Center told me that they are now obsolete and you can't get spare parts for it but thought it worth trying this forum! Thanks for replying by the way.

Try asking Potterton. Probably 01926 425425.

I was offered a new burner assembly for £100 but didn't think that I would ever find a home for it.

Potterton part number 26009012 BOILER BURNER (Kerosene) 45/50 is still available.

Plumb Center told me that they are now obsolete and you can't get spare parts for it.......

He needs to get up to date. Parts are available from several places, as are burners. Look up "Riello G5 burner"

...but thought it worth trying this forum!
