Its best to get an idea of the labour costs from a local independant garage, but expect to pay around £100 for an exchange rack (non PAS) or around £300 for an exchange PAS rack.
These probably wont include track rod ends either - around £25 to you, but maybe the old ones are servicable.

Well thats about it for reconditioned exchange parts mate - however, you'll probably pick up a rack from a breakers for half that....the labour charge for fitting still applies though.
