Stelrad - Ideal Elan 2

We have a Stelrad Ideal Elan 2 boiler.
Over the past couple of days, we have only been able to produce luke warm water at best.
We have a Honeywell timing control system, which when you switch the hot water on will turn on the central heating.
We have had the boiler serviced within the past 2 months.
The problem started on Tuesday, and there seems to be no improvment so far!

I'm quite inexperienced, so if I've missed any essential details, please ask?!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Boiler doesnt know whether hot water goes to cylinder or central heating, so whats your CH like?

Our hot water has since fixed itself weirdly enough, if we do suffer again, i'll be straight back!!
