stelrad vertex p2 rad ?

trying to run flow and return pipes to rad which is 700long by 2000 high.
checked stelrad website and it shows 4 connections on bottom of rad?
does anyone know what the two middle connections are for

It's just to allow for different piping arrangements. You can use either the middle or outer connections.
