Hi one and all,
new person here.
Need advice pls from experienced people.
serviced boiler with above burner, was working fine before service. Replaced fuel filter, oil line and nozzle. Set burner to rec spec. if i remember 105 psi and 12%co2. nozzle 0.6 80eh. old nozzle was a 0.6 80 es.
Now burner locks out on cold start most of the time. press lock out reset and it starts.
Will blast tube need adjusting due to different nozzle?. manuel says Eh.
never checked capacitator seing as it was ok before service.

maybe why a solid nozzle was fitted

thanks guys,
I presume that using a solid creates a denser spray making it less venerable to the fan during start? if so will a slight reduction in pressure and adjustment in air supply have the same effect?
