stopcock in the front drive

hi I am putting a mdpe stopcock in the front drive and would like access to it but what I dont know is what is needed to do this or what it is called
I would like this to be so reaching it is easy the stopcock is about 500 to 600 deep in the ground
any related pictures would be very helpful
