Storage heater tripping

Evening, i am not very experienced with storage heaters. Have one which is tripping during the night (i presume when economy 7 kicks in).
It is connected to a 20amp double pole switch which had some signs of burning so that has been changed and so has the flex, but still no luck.

Any ideas?

Sorry, the circuit breaker - B16.

Not much in them too go wrong.
Possibly an element gone.

Have found a few where the terminal block has burnt up in the heater where the supply flex connects.
Apart from that, dont know.
