hi ive got a strange gurgeling noise coming out of my vent pipe,it sounds like water boiling and poping when your stood next to it outside,from the inside its just poping you can hear,i put a spirit level on the inside of the pipe today and it seems to be leaning back,could rainwater be going in there and causing this noise?thankyou peter

Faulty syphon in toilet allowing water to past into the toilet bowl and run into the soil pipe.
