Strange, slightly flexible render.

I have a property that has a covering on the brickwork which I have asked various plasterers and builders about and nobody can tell me what it it's or how to get the same effect again. I was told that it is possibly rolled on and then it runs down like treacle to give the end result. When I break a loose bit off it is slightly flexible and sandy coloured. Any ideas of how to get this effect or where to buy this product would be gratefully appreciated! Thankyou.

Looks a bit thin to be tyrolean! either that its rolled on with a heavy textured paint.

Might be best to ask the painters.
