Help!

I've just bought a 2 gang one way light switch. But when i opened it up the terminals are all in a line and noted out-b, out-a, L-in, N-in.

Had a quick look inside my existing socket and found there are 3 red wires coming into the socket (with a short length of wire linking 2 teminals). I would normally just replicate the existing socket but the existing socket has the standard c, l1 l2 terminals on it.

Any ideas would be greatfully recieved !

Thanks

When you say "socket" i suppose you mean "switch?"

Terminals "Com" "L1" "L2" are found on a 2-way single gang switch. Three wires suggest a 2-way switch.

Terminals "out-b, out-a, L-in, N-in" do not sound like a light switch.

Can you post a pic of the back of the old and new switches?
