Structural Crack or just Cracked Render?

This is a property in England that I am interested in buying; however, I live 400miles away, 800miles round trip, so I am trying to avoid wasting my time viewing a property I am not interested in.

I am concerned that the cracking in the render (see picture below) running vertically parallel to the down pipe is structural. I am unsure why there would just be spalling at the top of the wall.

I checked streetview from 2011 and there is only the slightest of hairline cracks that is barely visible in the same location as pictured.

If this is structural, this is an older property so I am surprised there are only now issues.

Thoughts? Is this just the render or is it something more?

I may be very wrong, but it looks to me like a climbing plant! :)

Edit: Definitely looks like the bush has been cut back from the wall recently!

RandomGrinch - How did u find the house?!
Now that would be telling! ;)
Without sounding too creepy, a reverse image search on Google brought up the Rightmove listing.
Too simple really, careful what you post on social media folks! :)
