STUCK DOOR!!

Hi all, I moved into my first house 18months ago completely gutted the house started again last thing to be done was my front door which I had fitted last Christmas, it was perfect to start with then a few months ago started getting abit stiff struggling to open it at times just put it down to the weather changing but last few weeks it's been getting worse and worse to the point now where the Mrs can't leave the house in the day because she can't get out!! I sanded the lock side down a bit last weekend and tightend the hinges seemed better for a few days then yesterday back to how it was completely stuck! And now I'm looking it seems like the door sticks out abit at the bottom could it be warping? Should this happen to a newish sealed door? It's an oak veneerd door with glass down the middle.. Also on the step below the door it seems to be crumbling concrete with abit of white fluffy mould and on the wall inside by the arcatrive

Did you have a new frame with the door? veneered doors can't be trimmed so have to fit frame perfect and be sealed before use.
