Stuck TRV on a cold radiator

I had a single radiator that failed to get hot, I tentatively removed the MYSON TRV by unscrewing the knurled nut underneath the plastic body, half expecting a water excursion but as the head came off, the pin popped and the radiator became instantly hot. My son's room is warm as toast again, an easy and free rectification many thanks to you all who make our lives easier.

Put some silicon grease on the spindle and push it in and out a few times to stop it seizing so easily in future.
