I've just started refitting my garage to make it a little more functional. Part of this involves building a workbench and stud framed wall against the far end of the space.
I erected and installed the frame this afternoon but completely forgot about installing a layer of DPM to the back of the studwork.
I'm not planning on insulating or heating the garage, its primary use is storage and occasional workshop duties. Will I get away without the DPM?

I should mention that the studwork is not in direct contact with the blockwork. The frame is packed out at 6mm around the edges with plastic packers and there is a 12mm gap between the rear of the frame and the rear wall.

So your not going to use something like Kingspan in that frame which has it's own membrane in the form of foil on.
Cable should not be behind insulation.
You thinking about the we wood with the membrane?
