That doesn’t take away from the fact that the charge was a fit up because standard harassment was out of time.

I haven't been following this so I hadn't realised that was the reason. What offence would standard harassment come under. Why did making it a racial harassment case give them more time. Is it because standard harassment would be Magistrates only. The whole prosecution is rather strange and every legal bod seems to be saying the same.

I don’t find that article very credible.

For me it was a boozy night out resulting in damages to the taxi which they refused to pay for despite being able to afford to. The whole alleged kidnapping was instantly concocted and when they weren’t believed they got angry at plod.

Not that it matters... But as far as I can work out Sam Kerr is 3/4 white and 1/4 Indian. Her net worth is around $5M She appears to have as much claim to argue race and white privilege as Ali G.
