Morning
I've just bought this shower online:
http://www.victoriaplumb.com/Minimalist_Thermostatic_Bar_Shower_Valve_c_w_Slide.html
The shower arrived yesterday but there are no instructions. Luckily, we can see how it all fits together, and how it fits to the wall/water pipes but the thermostat bar is very heavy and doesn't appear to be supported by anything other than the water pipes behind. Is this correct? Shouldn't the weight of the bar be taken by the wall? The problem here is that the unit braces to the wall from the front, but there's nothing to bolt the back tight to the wall?
I've spoken to the supplier who emailed me their fitting instructions, but it doesn't mention how it attaches to the wall. I've emailed them again, but thought I would ask on here in case anyone has fitted similar.
Thanks
Nim
