Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Just purchased a (detached) house which has previously had subsidence on one side due to dodgy drains.
We're having issues with the drains on the opposite side, which appear to be leaking into the ground. They're in the process of looking at these now.
Adjacent to the leaking, I've noticed cracking in the external wall as shown in the attached images. Can anyone advise whether or not this appears to be subsidence? (Note, we had a full structural survey which didn't pick this up)
