Subsidence?

Afternoon all

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Just purchased a (detached) house which has previously had subsidence on one side due to dodgy drains.

We're having issues with the drains on the opposite side, which appear to be leaking into the ground. They're in the process of looking at these now.

Adjacent to the leaking, I've noticed cracking in the external wall as shown in the attached images. Can anyone advise whether or not this appears to be subsidence? (Note, we had a full structural survey which didn't pick this up)

The surveyor (who presumably was made aware of the previous subsidence) did not pick this up?

That's correct. Its on the opposite side of the house. I'm after a second (perhaps third, fourth etc) opinion until he can revisit.

When you'll push him into the drain excavations presumably!
