summer heating kit towel rail

Hi,

I've installed a summer heating kit to my towel rail which works wonders.
However the electrician has installed a switch which enables me to turn it on and off. However I am hoping that some one can point me the right direction for a timer switch as I only really need the towel rail to be on during the night time.

I've had a checked out a few sites but cannot find anything which I think will do the job!

Any one got any ideas?
