Superficial or structural problem?

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right place to ask - recently (3 days ago) there were some flash floods in London and the drainage system in our flat wasn't able to cope and led to some leaks.

Today, have been noticing some large cracks that are making me worried, don't want to miss anything serious?
