If you did a continuity test between radiator pipe and pipework supplying hot/cold tap at sink in bathroom, and it give an infinety reading, would this indicate that no supplementary bonding was present?
Shouldn't they be some type of reading? Shouldn't the radiators be connected with earth elsewehere in house as its all copper pipework

It certainly means there is no (or inadequate) supplementary equipotential bonding if you are getting an infinity reading. They haven't used plastic pipes with short copper pieces for esthetics have they?
