hardwiring a single fitted moffat oven took off back but can only find male spade connectors and the wire going to the elements which a v thin. Will be going from 10mm wire in outlet use 6mm to oven with female spade conections. Circuit for cooker is on 32amp fuse oven 2.1kw. Is this ok and am i really meant to conect to that seemingly fragile circuit with spade connections and 6mm?

2.1kw is somewhere around 8 to 9 amps, so you'll want to fuse down, if this is the only cooking applicance on the circuit, then simply swap the cooker connection unit for a socket outlet (best go for MK, they ave terminals which are a bigger than BS1363 actually requires), and flex up your oven and simply plug it in
