Support for steel beam installation

Any ideas to support the roof structure while inserting a goalpost shaped steel?

It will be from ground level to top of first floor (about 6m high, 3.5m wide)

Would you need 6m props from ground level and strong boys or could you support internally from the 1st floor?

I suppose you could hide the rivets with some thick paint.
