Suspect damaged asbestos soffit

I found the soffit outside my bedroom is damaged, and suspect it is asbestos by looking at it. Can anyone confirm whether what is it? Would that cause immediate threat? Do I need to do anything? My house was built in 1992 Thanks!

1992 is most probably fibre cement soffit.
