Hi All, whenever i've put suspended floors in i've always used treated timber. At the moment we are building a loft conversion with an extension to the rear, and the carpenter has turned up with a load of untreated timber for the floor joists in the loft.
From what I can gather on the internet this seems to comply with NHBC guidelines, although I can't download the document properly so just wanted to make sure this was the case.
Thanks
