Please advise, I've started with one issue and it compounded.
I have a Swann NVR 47400 with four number cameras around the house and the issue is one of the cameras isn't showing on the surveillance screen (computer) That issue is at the NVR, one of the four channel inputs is not showing any lights at the cable entry ( other three cable connections showing one solid light and one flashing light per connection.) I have swapped cameras over and the camera and cabling is ok. so it's taking the problem to the NVR
I now have a second problem the system doesn't recognise the login details, both, of which are correct, so at the moment I am locked out of a system that's not functioning properly.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

So the cMera works in another location? Does another camera work in the location of this one ?

No
when I swapped the cameras over the working camera didn't work on this "faulty" channel the other camera did work on the different channel
Since threading I have now got access to the cameras, the login issue was the UID info was corrupted, don't know why!!

Hi, Bigsosij sorry late getting back into the threads.
I started again swapping cameras and the fault seems to be connected to the camera cable, according to my tester I have only half the wires in circuit
Can't explain the original thread re swapping cameras, possibly an age thing
will get some new cat 5 ends and resolve the issue or I will get back to the forum
Thanks
